How to Initiate a Return

4. 4Ship the returned item to the address provided in your return authorization. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products should be in their original packaging where possible. Partially used products may still be returned under the money-back guarantee.
