Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide, including major cities (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Be'er Sheva) and rural areas. Delivery is available from Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 2-7 business days from order confirmation.
• Jerusalem: Typically 1-3 business days.
• Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight. The exact shipping fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders above ₪300 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

Bulk Orders

We offer bulk discounts on larger orders: 15% off when purchasing 3 or more units, and 25% off when purchasing 5 or more units of the same product. Bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
